Step into aligned group supervision designed for speech pathologists who want to deepen their neurodiversity-affirming practice, reconnect with their “why” and reflect alongside like-minded colleagues.

Each cohort is custom designed around participants’ goals, learning interests and areas of challenge - no two groups are the same.

Cohort 1 Key Details

Start date: Wednesday 4 February 2026
Schedule: 6 weekly sessions (1 per week)
Time: 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm AEDT
Duration: 6 weeks
Format: Online (via Zoom)

Investment: $330 AUD (inclusive of GST)

• This cost reflects:

  • Six 60-minute small-group sessions

  • A supportive, affirming space grounded in lived experience and cultural responsiveness along with personalised feedback and guidance from Christina (AuDHDer speech pathologist, international speaker and contributor to neurodiversity research)

  • Weekly reflection companion workbook and session summary emails with key takeaways, curated links, readings and resources

  • Your place is confirmed once payment is received

• Supporting neurodivergent play and engagement differences

• Delivering therapy across diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds

• Complex communication and AAC support across contexts

• Building and sustaining neurodiversity-affirming strategies and approaches

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary care teams 

• Coaching and supporting parents and carers

• Navigating burnout, boundaries and values-aligned practice
