Growing Beyond Shame

An Online Group for AuDHD Adults

Understand your shame, reconnect with your inner parts and grow self-compassion alongside fellow AuDHDer adults.

Growing Beyond Shame is an 8-week facilitated group for AuDHDer adults who want to understand the impact of shame, masking and life experience on their sense of self. Through gentle reflection, creative exercises and supportive discussion, you'll explore your inner parts, values and identity while building genuine connection with others who share similar experiences. This is a small, safety-first space, capped at 10 people, so every session stays intimate, gentle and responsive to who's in the room.
