CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY – SUPERVISION, MENTORING, CONSULTATIONS AND SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS

We value your business and ask that you respect our business scheduling policies. We appreciate and understand that circumstances arise where supervisees/mentees/consultees may need to change or cancel their appointments. Please let us know if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY - SUPERVISION, MENTORING, CONSULTATIONS:

Notice Period

If you provide notice of cancellation of at least 2 business days before your scheduled appointment, you will be eligible for a refund of the session fee.

If you provide notice of cancellation between 1-2 business days before your scheduled appointment, you will be eligible for a refund of the session fee, minus a cancellation fee of 50% of the session fee.

Cancellations made less than 1 business day of the scheduled appointment will not be eligible for a refund of the session fee.

Cancellation Fee

The cancellation fee covers administrative costs, pre-allocated practitioner time, and lost opportunity to accommodate other supervisees/mentees/consultees and clients. The cancellation fee will be deducted from the session fee refund, if applicable.

Exceptions

In case of emergencies, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered. Supervisees/mentees/consultees are encouraged to communicate any exceptional circumstances directly with us for review and possible resolution. Cancellation Process

To cancel your appointment, please notify us via email or phone as soon as possible. In your cancellation request, please provide your name, appointment date and time, and the reason for cancellation. Cancellations will be considered valid only upon receipt of confirmation from us.

CANCELLATION POLICY - SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS:

This section applies to webinars, presentations, workshops, interviews, and other speaking engagements, and covers both cancellation of the full event and removal of our specific session from a multi-part series or program.

Notice Period
If notice of cancellation is provided more than 2 months before the scheduled engagement, you will be eligible for a full refund of the fee paid.
If notice of cancellation is provided between 1 and 2 months before the scheduled engagement, you will be eligible for a refund of the fee paid, minus a cancellation fee of 50% of the fee.
Cancellations made less than 1 month before the scheduled engagement will not be eligible for a refund.
Where an invoice has not yet been issued at the time of cancellation, the applicable percentage above will instead be invoiced as a cancellation fee.

Deposits
Where a deposit or partial payment has been made, this becomes non-refundable once preparation for the engagement has commenced, with any remaining balance treated in line with the notice period above.

Cancellation Fee
The cancellation fee covers preparation time already undertaken, administrative costs, and lost opportunity to accommodate other engagements. The cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund, if applicable.

Ground for Refunds

If you cancel your appointment within the eligible period and are entitled to a refund, we will process the refund within 7 business days.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.

Refunds may be offered based on the following conditions:

If a cancellation is made within the designated notice period, a full or partial refund may be granted.
If a cancellation is made outside the designated notice period, no refund will be provided.
Refunds may be subject to administrative fees or non-refundable deposit deductions.
If we cancel a session, a full refund will be provided.

RESCHEDULING - SUPERVISION, MENTORING, CONSULTATIONS:

Notice Period

Supervisees/mentees/consultees may be allowed to reschedule their appointments within a certain timeframe without incurring additional fees. The rescheduled appointment must be within 7 days from the original session date. Rescheduling requests made outside the specified timeframe may be subject to the cancellation policy.

In case of emergencies, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, exceptions to the rescheduling policy may be considered. Supervisees/mentees/consultees are encouraged to communicate any exceptional circumstances directly with us for review and possible resolution.

RESCHEDULING - SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS:

Notice Period
Postponement of a scheduled engagement is available subject to availability and must be discussed and confirmed no later than 1 week before the original scheduled date. Requests made inside that window will be treated under the notice period terms of the Cancellation Policy above, with any rescheduled engagement handled as a new booking.

Exceptions
In case of emergencies, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, exceptions to the rescheduling policy may be considered. Organisers are encouraged to communicate any exceptional circumstances directly with us for review and possible resolution.

COMMUNICATION:

Acknowledgement

Supervisees/mentees/consultees/organisers are responsible for reviewing and acknowledging the cancellation and refund policy before booking a session or engagement.

Fair and Reasonable

We believe that the notice periods set out above provide a fair and reasonable opportunity for us to fill the cancelled slot, reflecting the shorter lead time involved in individual sessions compared to the more extensive preparation required for speaking engagements.
By enforcing this cancellation and refund policy, we aim to ensure fairness to our supervisees/mentees/consultees/organisers, clients and our practitioners.
We understand that emergencies and exceptional circumstances may occur, and we will assess such cases on an individual basis.

Policy Updates:

We reserve the right to modify or update this cancellation and refund policy at any time without prior notice.

It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
